    FTE Drilling is one of the most specialized companies in the drilling industry. We offer services covering different types of drilling, particularly in Canada and West Africa. To carry out all its projects, FTE Drilling has a large fleet of highly specialized vehicles to carry out commercial, residential and industrial projects. We are recognized for our high quality work in the following fields:

    • Mining drilling
    • Water drilling
    • Geothermal drilling
    • Pile drilling
    • Directional drilling
    • Sonic drilling

    We are currently looking for Driller assistant to complete our team.

    The Driller Assistant is responsible for assisting the driller in his or her duties while ensuring compliance with FTE Drilling policies, procedures and practices.

    Role and Responsibilities :

    • Assist the driller in operating the drill properly in order to be productive and safe ;
    • Participate in equipment maintenance ;
    • Ensure that occupational health and safety standards are applied.

  • REQUIREMENTS

    Status: Completed
    Work experience (years): 3-5 years
    Written French: Advanced
    Spoken French: Advanced
    Written English: Advanced
    Spoken English: Advanced

  • REQUESTED SKILLS

    Qualifications :

    • Good physical ability
    • Facilitate teamwork
    • Adapt easily to different situations
    • Ability to work and live in remote areas

    Assets:

    • Driver’s license class 1 and 3
    • ASP Construction Card
    • Reverse circulation drilling experiment
