DESCRIPTION
We are currently looking for IT Technician to join our team.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administer and maintain IT infrastructure (virtual servers, cloud environments, workstations, and equipment)
- Ensure system performance, availability, and updates (monitoring, patching, optimization)
Implement and manage cybersecurity measures (antispam, access protection, threat monitoring, risk management) - Provide Level 1 and 2 technical support (ticket management, incident resolution, access management, and user support)
- Contribute to system improvements (API integration, continuous improvement, maintenance, and website monitoring)

REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong proficiency in Windows environments and good knowledge of databases
- Experience with Office 365 and Microsoft Business Central (strong assets)
- Ability to manage priorities, solve technical issues, and provide effective user support
- Autonomy, attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and interest in continuous improvement and new technologies
