YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Administering and maintaining IT infrastructure and systems.
- Ensuring the performance, security, and regular updates of IT environments.
- Providing technical support to users and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement and evolution of our IT systems.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and database management
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Bilingual (French and English) to communicate effectively with our teams, clients, and partners across Canada and internationally
