    Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for drilling and team management? We are seeking a talented Site Supervisor to join our team and oversee exciting projects! In this key role, you will be responsible for managing a team of drillers and driller assistants, ensuring that assignments are completed with excellence and according to the highest standards.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Leadership and Team Management: Supervise, motivate, and coordinate a team of drillers and driller assistants to ensure efficient task execution on-site.
    • Compliance and Quality: Ensure that all assignments are carried out according to specified requirements, adhering to Forage FTE’s policies, procedures, and standards.
    • Operational Optimization: Ensure that drilling processes are conducted optimally while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
    • Effective Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with all stakeholders to ensure that objectives are aligned and issues are resolved promptly.
  • COMPETENCIES

    • Hold a high school diploma (DES)
    • Possess excellent teamwork skills and be dynamic
    • Experience in site management, with expertise in the drilling field
    • Ability to lead and motivate a team while ensuring effective operations management
    • Excellent knowledge of drilling policies, procedures, and standards
    • Results-oriented
    • Valid driver’s license
    • WHMIS training is an asset
