    We are currently seeking a Field Mechanic to join our team.

     

     

  • ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Repair, adjust and maintain site equipment (drill, Morooka, compressor, booster, truck, etc.).
    • Determine the nature of faults and malfunctions and provide solutions
    • Perform preventive maintenance
    • Perform routine maintenance
    • Work in a safe manner
    • All other related tasks

  • REQUIREMENTS

    • DEP in heavy vehicle or construction equipment mechanics or other relevant experience
    • Mechanical, electromechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical knowledge
    • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a similar role
    • Valid driver’s license (class 5), class 3 is an asset
    • Respectful of health and safety rules in the workplace
    • Functional English
    • Knowledge of drilling and mining an asset

  • WORKING CONDITIONS

    • Work clothes provided

    • Work schedule 14-14 or 21-10
    • 84h per week with overtime of 40h.
