  • DESCRIPTION

    We are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to manage the Sherbrooke store.

  • ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Perform in-store sales
    • Answer customer inquiries in-store and by phone
    • Recommend appropriate solutions based on their needs
    • Carry out physicochemical analyses for customers
    • Forward results to the sales representative
    • Restock the store as needed
    • Ensure a pleasant in-store experience through clear and logical merchandising
    • Advise customers on the appropriate type of analysis

  • REQUIREMENTS

    • High school diploma
    • Knowledge of plumbing is an asset
    • 2 years of customer service experience
    • Bilingual in English and French
