    Are you driven by technical challenges and continuous improvement? Join our team and help optimize our maintenance strategy to ensure the reliability, safety, and performance of our equipment fleet.

  • YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

    • Define and implement the sector’s strategy, while planning and optimizing maintenance activities.
    • Optimize asset management and equipment performance.
    • Support operations and lead technical projects.
    • Lead and develop technical teams.
    • Ensure financial performance, continuous improvement, and compliance with health and safety standards.

  • SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in mechanical engineering
    • 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role
    • Member of the OIQ (an asset)
    • Experience in a multi-site environment (an asset)
    • Bilingualism (French and English) to communicate effectively with our teams, clients, and partners across Canada and internationally
