Forage FTE is one of the most specialized companies in the drilling industry. We offer services covering different types of drilling, especially in Canada and West Africa.
We are currently looking for a Human Resources Advisor to complete our HR team.
The Advisor will join the existing human resources team and participate in developing a corporate culture conducive to optimizing the workforce by hiring the best candidates. This person will also have the mandate to actively participate in the compensation process.
Role and responsibilities:
- Work with the Human Resources team in the development of HR policies;
- Participate in the compensation management process;
- Carry out the administrative follow-up of various files;
- Support the human resources team in its various projects.

Level of education: College
Diploma: DEC
Status: Completed
Work experience (years): 0-2 years
Written French: Intermediate
Spoken French: Intermediate
Written English: Intermediate
Spoken English: Intermediate -
REQUESTED SKILLS
Qualifications:
- College diploma (DEC): technical human resources, administration / Certificate in human resources administration
- Ease of working in a team
- Easily adapt to different situations
- Possess rigor at work and have a good organization.
Assets:
- Experience in a similar position +/- 2 years;
- Open to working in a constantly changing environment and being flexible;
- Demonstrate autonomy.
