We are currently seeking a Assistant Controller to join our team.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
- Perform financial analyses and prepare reports for management
- Manage financial records for shareholder management companies
- Participate in internal and external audits
- Respond to information requests, inventory management, projects, and work orders

REQUIREMENTS
Education Level: University
Degree: Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting
Status: Completed
Years of Experience: 1 to 3 years

REQUESTED SKILLS
Qualifications:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Be thorough and autonomous in the execution of tasks
- Possess excellent teamwork skills and be dynamic
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrate accountability and actively contribute to effective change management
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French (English is an asset)
- Good proficiency with computer systems, including the Office suite (advanced Excel), Acomba, and CaseWare
